RecWaste uses a simple credit-based model: 1 credit = 1 ticket/job processed. A ticket/job can be a scale ticket, dispatch job, POS transaction, or any operational transaction. Buy credits upfront at volume discounts — from $1.75/credit down to $1.00/credit at higher volumes. No per-user fees, no per-location restrictions, no monthly minimums. Enterprise unlimited plans are also available for high-volume operations.

RecWaste features a full Kanban dispatch board with drag-and-drop scheduling across 8 dispatch order types. Routes are optimized using OSRM for accurate road-following polylines and drive time estimates. The system supports recurring loads, multi-stop routes, real-time driver tracking on OpenStreetMap, and automatic capacity checking before dispatch.

OBD-II devices transmit real-time GPS, speed, heading, fuel level, engine RPM, and diagnostic codes. RecWaste uses this for live fleet tracking, automatic geofence detection via Haversine calculations, idle time monitoring, fuel analytics, IFTA trip reporting, and HOS compliance.

RecWaste includes a full bidirectional NetSuite connector using OAuth 1.0 token-based authentication. It syncs customers, inventory levels, invoices, sales orders, item fulfillments, journal entries, deposit applications, and chart of accounts in real time. Push and pull operations include automatic retry logic, and the system falls back to CSV/IIF export for environments without API access.

Bill of Materials (BOM) enables aggregate and bulk material producers to define production recipes — specifying raw material inputs and finished goods outputs with precise ratios.
